השירות
Lista היא אפליקציה לניהול רשימות קניות אישיות ומשותפות, עם שף מבוסס בינה מלאכותית ("השף") והשוואת מחירים בין רשתות. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
החשבון שלך
יש לספק פרטים נכונים ולשמור על סודיות הסיסמה. כתובת מייל מאומתת בקוד שנשלח אליה. אתה אחראי לכל פעולה שנעשית בחשבונך. גיל מינימלי לשימוש: 13.
רשימות משותפות
מי שמצטרף לרשימה (בהזמנה, בקוד או בקישור) יכול לראות ולערוך את תוכנה. שתף רשימות רק עם מי שאתה סומך עליו. בעל הרשימה יכול להסיר משתתפים.
השף
המתכונים וההצעות של השף נוצרים אוטומטית ועלולים להכיל טעויות. בדוק רכיבים, כמויות, אלרגנים וזמני בישול, והפעל שיקול דעת. אין לראות בהם ייעוץ תזונתי או רפואי.
השוואת מחירים
המחירים מבוססים על קובצי המחירים שהרשתות מפרסמות לפי חוק קידום התחרות בענף המזון, התשע"ד-2014, בסניפים לדוגמה. המחיר בקופה עשוי להיות שונה (מבצעים, סניף, עדכונים). ההשוואה להמחשה בלבד.
תוכן שלך
התוכן שאתה יוצר (רשימות, תמונות, הודעות) נשאר שלך. אתה מעניק לנו רשות לאחסן ולהציג אותו לך ולמי ששיתפת איתו, לצורך הפעלת השירות.
שימוש אסור
אסור להשתמש בשירות לפעילות בלתי חוקית, להטריד משתמשים, לשלוח דואר זבל, לנסות לעקוף אבטחה או לגשת לחשבונות של אחרים.
אחריות
השירות ניתן כמות שהוא (AS IS). ככל שהחוק מתיר, Lista לא תישא באחריות לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי משימוש בשירות.
שינויים וסיום
נעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת ונודיע על שינויים מהותיים. אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת בהגדרות.
דין וסמכות
על התנאים חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, והסמכות לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

The service
Lista is an app for personal and shared shopping lists, with an AI chef ("Chef") and price comparison across supermarket chains. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password secret. Email addresses are confirmed with a code we send. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13.
Shared lists
Anyone who joins a list (by invitation, code or link) can see and edit it. Share only with people you trust. A list owner can remove members.
Chef
Chef's recipes and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check ingredients, amounts, allergens and cooking times, and use your judgment. They are not nutritional or medical advice.
Price comparison
Prices come from the files the chains publish under Israel's Food Sector Competition Law (2014), for sample branches. The price at the till may differ (promotions, branch, updates). The comparison is for illustration only.
Your content
What you create (lists, photos, messages) stays yours. You let us store it and show it to you and to the people you share it with, to run the service.
Not allowed
Using the service for anything illegal, harassing others, sending spam, trying to bypass security or accessing other people’s accounts.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lista is not liable for indirect or consequential damage from using it.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
