מחיקת חשבון

איך מוחקים את חשבון ליסטה ומה נמחק.

מתוך האפליקציה

1. פותחים את ליסטה ונכנסים לחשבון.
2. נכנסים להגדרות.
3. בוחרים „מחק חשבון” ומאשרים.

המחיקה מיידית ואי אפשר לבטל אותה.

בלי האפליקציה

אם אין גישה לאפליקציה, כותבים אל privacy@listait.com מכתובת המייל של החשבון, עם הכותרת „מחיקת חשבון”. נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום ונשלח אישור.

מה נמחק

• פרטי החשבון: שם, מייל, סיסמה מוצפנת ותמונת פרופיל.
• רשימות שאין בהן משתתפים נוספים, על הפריטים שבהן.
• פוסטים, תגובות, הודעות, תמונות שהועלו, שיחות עם השף, והעדפות.
• מזהי המכשיר להתראות.

מה נשאר

• רשימה משותפת ממשיכה אצל שאר המשתתפים, בלי החשבון שנמחק.
• מידע שהחוק מחייב לשמור, לתקופה שהחוק קובע בלבד.

Delete your account

How to delete your Lista account, and what is deleted.

In the app

1. Open Lista and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose “Delete Account” and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you can't get into the app, email privacy@listait.com from your account's address with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

• Account details: name, email, hashed password and profile photo.
• Lists no one else is a member of, with their items.
• Posts, comments, messages, uploaded photos, Chef conversations and preferences.
• Device tokens for notifications.

What stays

• A shared list goes on for its other members, without the deleted account.
• Data the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.
